Pneumissions European engineers together with our Chinese technicians have redesigned the piston for the PNC cylinders series.

The old type is used commonly at Chinese pneumatic company.

After testing Pneumission’s  technical director decided that we must always produce the highest quality of cylinders and therefore the internal construction should be changed.

Our engineers in Holland have a long time experience with assembling high quality cylinders. They have very clear ideas about what is high quality and what is not.

We think the 3 most important points of a piston are;

The piston seals most be the old fashion type: 2 wide V seals, and interchangeable with big brands like Parker, so we can offer the cylinders with Chinese seals or with Parker seals.

The Teflon guide ring should be very wide for a good guiding of the piston.

So that is why the magnet is placed inside the piston.

The end cushioning should have an extra rubber plate. This way the piston will never hit the endcaps metal to metal.

These 3 points are most important for a long life of the cylinder.

Pneumission has engineered these demands into the new piston design.

After intensive testing in our European workshop we can offer this in our PNC cylinder kits.
